Crumlin Road Gaol provides a unique yet functional setting for your conference requirements. From small meetings in the Governor’s Boardroom, to seminars and workshops in the Forbes Boardroom or the Scullery and large conferences in the Lanyon Suite, we will provide a memorable event for your guests.
What We Offer
Our largest individual room can accommodate up to 260 guests and you can avail of smaller breakout rooms for additional seminars and workshops.
With all room bookings you have complementary access to our customised AV equipment, free Wi-Fi and free, secure on-site car parking for your guests. You will also be assigned a designated Events Manager to ensure the smooth planning of your event and assist on the day of your event.
You can make the most of the authentic prison experience by including a private tour of the Gaol for your guests at a reduced group rate. During the guided tour you will experience what life was life for prisoners in ‘The Crum’. You can visit the underground tunnel that connects the Gaol to the Crumlin Road Courthouse, view the four wings from the Circle and pay a visit to the Condemned Man’s Cell before seeing the Execution Chamber. Shortened tours are available to suit your conference’s running order.
We recognise that wonderful food is an integral part of any successful conference or event. Working with experienced caterers, we have developed versatile menus consisting of the finest local produce that can be tailored to suit your needs. Full day conferences can take advantage of our great value Daily Delegate catering package.

Extremely Well Run Event
I attended the Crumlin Road Gaol for the Gala dinner of the Young Planners Conference. There was a great crowd there and the surroundings were perfect for the event. The food and service was excellent – it was an extremely well run event for such a large and boisterous crowd! Really well done to all involved.
