This Halloween at Crumlin Road Gaol we have introduced a child friendly scary tour around Crumlin Road Gaol with a Pumpkin Patch and Carving Station. There will be haunting Halloween Scare Attraction to suit both those seeking a heart pounding fear fest and a Cursed Combo of both the Scare Attraction and a Paranormal Event for those seeking a ghostly experience in a haunted prison which witnessed the execution of 17 men over its 150 year history. Launching on Thursday 21st October and ending on Halloween Night, these events are the perfect preparation to get your annual fix of all things spooky and paranormal.

Online Cost: £12.50 per Child (includes pumkin) £9 per Adult (excludes pumpkin)
Children under 1 are free but do not receive a Pumpkin. If you require a pumpkin for an under 1 you much purchase a full child ticket.

A child friendly scary tour around Crumlin Road Gaol visiting the tunnel, the gaol circle, c wing and the execution area. Meeting some of our friendly ghost and ghouls. You will then make your way to the Pumpkin patch when you will search for the perfect pumpkin and bring it in your wheelbarrow to the carving station to convert it to Halloween masterpiece.

The Jail of Horror, described as one of Belfast’s most fearsome scare attractions is returning for Halloween 2021. Visitors, if they dare, will enter the Victorian Jail and face all their fears on an intense scare after scare journey which only has one way out!! The visit will include the famous Tunnel, C wing, Condemned man cell and the terrifying Hanging Cell. The one-of-a-kind ‘Jail of Horror’ tour through Belfast’s oldest prison will offer a terrifying unparalleled experience. We Recommend that this tour is not suitable for anyone under 12 years, pregnant women, people with heart conditions or epilepsy.

Cursed combo - jail of horror and paranormal experience

The paranormal experience features a visit to various hotspots of the jail where Paranormal Activity has been reported and sighted including the Prison Reception, The Infirmary and the Dreaded “D” wind Basement! We Recommend that this tour is not suitable for anyone under 15 years, pregnant women, people with heart conditions or epilepsy.

Booking is essential

Please note, all events are carried out in low light conditions and flat footwear must be worn. The Jail of Horror and Paranormal events are not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy or expecting mothers and if you are easily scared, it may not be for you either! Due to the nature of the building the Jail of Horror is not wheelchair accessible and some areas of the Paranormal Investigation are also not wheelchair accessible. 

COVID 19 INFORMATION

Limited spaces on all events are available due to social distancing guidelines and time slots will strictly be adhered to. Upon entry you will be asked to wear a face covering and disposable gloves (we will provide these if needed). In the event that we have to cancel this event due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the card that was used for payment. Tickets are non-refundable for any other reason. Tickets can be transferred for a fee of £5 per ticket to another date / time.
