Crumlin Road Gaol has a range of Halloween events to excite, scare and delight this Halloween! So whether you are looking for something fun to do with the children , looking for a unique experience to share with friends or are serious about the paranormal we have something to suit every taste!
Pumkin Patch Extravaganza
Dates: 14th– 30th October 2023
Time: 11am to 6pm
Duration: 120-180 Minutes
Cost: £15.00 per person (£13.00 without a pumpkin)
Children under 1 are priced at £5.00 each but do not receive a Pumpkin. If you require a pumpkin for an under 1 you must purchase a full ticket.

This Halloween join us at Crumlin Road Jail for our most Spooktacular Halloween Event for Children of all ages and Adults! What better setting for your annual Halloween Experience than a spooky haunted prison! Our Halloween Extravaganza includes the Spooktacular Jail Tour and the main attraction – The Pumpkin Patch!
Your Bumper experience isn’t finished yet! You can visit our Petting Farm and meet Larry the Llama, Lexi the miniature cow, Pappa the pig and all their farmyard friends before finishing your fun packed day at our Live Interactive Halloween Musicals where the West Ends come to North Belfast!
jail of horror

The Jail of Horror described as one of Belfast’s most fearsome scare attractions is returning for Halloween 2023. Visitors, if they dare, will enter the Victorian Jail, and face all their fears on an intense scare after scare journey which only has one way out!! The visit will include the famous basement of D-Wing. The one-of-a-kind ‘Jail of Horror’ tour through Belfast’s oldest prison will offer a terrifying unparalleled experience.
Paranormal Tour
Dates: 16th-26th October 2023
Time: 6pm to 10pm
Cost: £25.00 per person (No Concessions)

Are you brave to search for paranormal activity in one of Belfast’s most haunted buildings? There have been sightings, noises and unexplained happenings within the walls that have seen 17 men executed over its 150-year history. This Paranormal tour will take you to the various hot spots of the Gaol where Paranormal Activity has been reported and the guide will tell you off the harrowing stories associated with these areas, you will also take part in some of our new and exciting experiments.
Paranormal Investigation
Dates: 14th-30th October 2023
Time: 8pm to 10pm
Cost: £40.00 per person (No Concessions)
Age Rating: 18+

Booking is essential
Please note, all events are carried out in low light conditions and flat footwear must be worn. The Jail of Horror and Paranormal events are not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy or expecting mothers and if you are easily scared, it may not be for you either! Due to the nature of the building the Jail of Horror is not wheelchair accessible and some areas of the Paranormal Investigation are also not wheelchair accessible.
