CHRISTMAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The hirer shall pay Crumlin Road Gaol the appropriate charges as detailed on the booking form as follows:
- A deposit of £10.00 per person shall be payable to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance shall be payable in full no later than 14 days before the event date.
Failure to pay either the deposit or the final balance by the required deadlines may result in the booking being cancelled or financial terms being altered. Any overpayment of deposits, cannot be used towards final payment for the remaining party or additional items. All payments are non-refundable. The hirer will finalise all catering orders (i.e. food and beverage choices, dietary requirements and minimum numbers) a minimum of 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed with Crumlin Road Gaol.
